Description

Technofin ™ CPG-900, CPG-901, CPG-902 and CPG-926 black masterbatches include up to 35% of high-quality carbon black ISAF. They are produced on the base of high MFI grades of PE, supplied by leading global manufacturers.

Technofin ™ CPG-926 masterbatch is made on the base of LLDPE. It includes 35% of fine carbon black ISAF (particle size < 25 µm), which is equivalent to 45% of standard carbon black HAF and 52% of standard carbon black SRF, as well as some dispersing agents. This material is used for thin PE and PP films. It has good thermal and UV-stability, high hiding property and natural black colour. Recommended dosage is 1.0-4.0%.

Technofin ™ CPG-900 masterbatch is made on the base of LDPE and LLDPE. It includes 35% of fine carbon black ISAF (particle size < 0,25 µm), which is equivalent to 45% of standard carbon black HAF and 52% of standard carbon black SRF and also includes an anti-blocking additive. It is used for thin LDPE and HDPE films and can also be applied for PE, PP and PVC sheets, pipes, profiles, injection and blow moulded items. Recommended dosage is 1.0-5.0%.

Technofin ™ CPG-901 masterbatch is made on the base of LDPE, LLDPE and oligomeric modifiers. It includes 30% of fine carbon black ISAF (particle size < 25 µm), which is equivalent to 38% of standard carbon black HAF and 45% standard carbon black SRF. Micronized hydrophobic calcium carbonate is used for cost-saving reasons. This mastrebatch is used for general purpose films and sheets of LDPE, HDPE and can also be applied for PE, PP and PVC sheets, pipes, profiles, injection and blow moulded items. The material has good UV- and thermo-stability, hiding capacity and anti-block properties. Recommended dosage is 1.0-5.0%.

Technofin ™ CPG-902 masterbatch, containing high-quality Ukrainian carbon black (load 20%) ISAF (particle size 25 µm), which is equivalent to 25% of standard carbon black HAF and 30% of standard carbon black SRF, is made on the base of LDPE polymer matrix. It also contains micronized hydrophobic calcium carbonate. It is typically used for PE and PP sheets, pipes, injection and blow molded parts, but can also be applied for PE films and plasticized PVC items. Recommended dosage is 0.5-5.0%.
